1. This week, sharing this very adorable green bag from Loewe.

This is very fun! And a nice price (for scraps of leather and mostly jacquard fabric) so maybe not. I’ve been wanting a bright green bag for spring and have been on the hunt for years. This looks like a piece that would liven up a bunch of outfits, but I’m not too sure about the staying power. Considering.

2. An interesting piece, via Vanity Fair, about the rise and fall of Jerry Falwell Jr.

3. My favorite article this week is from the NYT, featuring advice from various experts on buying vintage jewelry. I bookmarked this article as I’ll be re-reading it in the future.

4. Another charming article, also from the NYT, about jewelry that spells out a message. I want all of these.

5. This week, I read The Cost of Living, by Deborah Levy.

I really enjoyed this. I’m a Deborah Levy fan. It’s an autobiography, touching on Levy’s divorce, although I would say that this is not a traditional “divorce memoir” – it’s written in Levy’s typical style which is pretty literary, and I’d describe it as a mix of musings on marriage and relationships but in an autofiction style. Some parts are a little confusing..and then you get to a sentence/paragraph that just hits you deep. If you’ve read Levy’s past work, I highly recommend The Cost of Living.
