Today I’m reviewing two recent purchases! I feel like recently when I have these posts it’s often with these two brands. But yeah, because I love them! Anyway, I just received a trench from Elizabeth Suzann’s new Cold Weather collection, and so wanted to review as I know many people are interested, and then also wanted to add an Everlane tote, which I think will be very useful as well.
Okay – let’s go! My first addition – the Clyde Trench in Wool, in size XXS, from Elizabeth Suzann.
So first – I’m a fairly recent arrival to the Elizabeth Suzann brand, I love her stuff and her ethics, but haven’t been familiar with the brand too long. Maybe a little over a year or so. She recently announced she was introducing wool – I was doing laundry, I remember, about a month ago, and bought my impulsively ordered this trench from my phone on that Monday morning – and a few minutes later she was sold out for the week! The brand has a certain number of garments it can sew each week and once it reaches capacity that’s it. The week wool was introduced, it sold out in like ten minutes! And then I had to wait weeks for the coat to be sewn and delivered. So obviously anticipation was high.
